How to Share
Your Canva Design

Follow these steps carefully. Your design will be printed on a white t-shirt.

Open Your Design in Canva

Log in to Canva and open your t-shirt design.

๐Ÿšซ NO screenshots or low-res images. Only high-quality uploads will print clearly.
โš ๏ธ Avoid tiny text. DTF printing has limits on fine detail.
๐Ÿ‘• Your design prints on a White Unisex Heavyweight T-Shirt.

Make Sure Your Design is on Page 1

Your design must be on Page 1. Only Page 1 will be printed.

Add a Mockup on Page 2

Add a t-shirt mockup on Page 2 showing where you want your design printed.

๐Ÿ“ No mockup = printed middle chest.

Step 4 of 7

Click Share in the Top Right

Find the Share button in the top-right corner of Canva and click it.

Change the Access Level

In the Share panel, find "Access level." Change it to: "31455 - PORT RICHMOND HS โ€” Can edit"

Must be set to "Can edit" โ€” NOT "Can view."

Copy the Link

Click the purple Copy Link button. Your link is now copied.

Don't copy anything else before pasting the link.

Step 7 of 7

Fill Out the Google Sheet

Your teacher posted the link to the Google Sheet in Google Classroom. Open it and fill in your row:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Shirt Size โ€” Unisex Heavyweight T-Shirt (S / M / L / XL / 2XL)
  • Canva Design โ€” paste your link here

Before You Submit

Please Note

If your design cannot print correctly, the team may make minor edits to fix it.

If you don't submit your design by the deadline, you will not receive a t-shirt.

You're Done.

Your Canva link has been submitted. If you update your design, the link stays the same โ€” no need to resubmit.
